Once you fill out our buyer's network form, you will get notified of new investment properties as they come in.

First you will get notified of the property of your preference. Once interested, fill out the offer form for the property.

Once the contract is signed, we give you 24 hours to open an escrow account. Afterward, send $5,000 in certified funds (check or wire transfer) to the title company.

Once the title company receives your funds, you will work with the company to finalize the deal and close.
